1. Applicability

1.1 These terms apply to all our jewelry, offers, and orders on GEMSYZ.COM

 

2. Pricing and payment 

2.1 All prices are in euro's and include shipping costs for the Netherlands an Belgium.

2.2 Prices exclude additional shipping costs for worldwide shipping:  excluding shipping, handling fees, and taxes.

 

3  Delivery 

Our average delivery time is between 2-4 working days. The delivery time is indicative, any delay does not entitle you to compensations, or to cancel your order, unless the delay is unreasonable and makes it impossible to uphold the agreement, in that case you are entitled to cancel your order, or terminate the agreement.

4 Sale items

4.1 Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

6. Returns 

6.1 You can return items within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are excluded from this policy.

 

7. Warranty 

7.1 At GEMSYZ, we stand for quality. If an item is not expected upon receipt, you are entitled to a guarantee. Please contact us if an issue arises.

 

8. Additional provisions 

8.1 Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Ensure that your information is correct, as GEMSYZ is not liable for errors in the address details. 

9. Governing law

9.1 GEMSYZ is a Dutch company, only Dutch law applies.  

9.2 If there are disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, this will be submitted to the disputes committee in the Netherlands.
